Since the last Versa update this morning, April 24th at 3:30am, my watch has been going downhill fast. It stopped reading my heart rate while sleeping but projected my BPM sporadically throughout the day. It began vibrating without any type of notification or alert. It began projecting overlapping screens with both the home clock and stats page. The battery was at 100% this morning but was at 23% but 3:00pm. It was in the charger throughout the update. It finally shut off at 4:00 pm. The green laser for BPM is still on, and it has vibrates randomly. It won’t even hard reset at this point. Please help! Thanks.
