Versa heart rate, steps per hour and notifications issues

Where do I start? I purchased my Versa in May.  All has been well until recently. The HR monitor stopped working on Sunday, therefore not providing accurate sleep.  Today the app isn't tracking my hourly 250 steps, but my Versa is. And now my notifications - email and texts - have stopped showing up. I've tried restarting, turning my phone off and on, turning the actual Versa off and on, un pairing from Bluetooth, repairing again with Bluetooth, turning Bluetooth off and back on.  And nothing. From the sounds of it, it doesn't seem like I'm the only one with these problems!

Help!

A warm welcome to the Community @slp1222.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix these issues and will be glad to help you out with them.

  • Heart Rate: I recommend verifying that this feature is on by swiping to settings directly from the Versa and tap until you see "On".
  • Steps per hour: Could you please be more specific about this? Isn't your Versa syncing? If this is the case, I recommend following the instructions in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
  • Notifications: Check the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Thank you for your reply. I ended up contacting customer support and after doing a factor reset, they sent me a replacement versa.  The new one is working great!

Thank you for your assistance!
