I’ve had my Versa for 4 months. Two days ago the heart rate function started to malfunction. I followed customer support’s suggestion to do a factory reset and reinstall to account on my phone. The heart rate quit working altogether. In the last 24 hours I’ve stopped receiving text notifications and now it has stopped tracking steps. It’s...just a watch at this point. A very disappointing watch. Four months old and it’s broken. They’re sending me a replacement. Hope it’s worth the hassle. Apple Watch is starting to look like it might be worth the cost.

Hope your replacement works. My husband's quite holding a charge, was sent a replacement and then that one wouldn't hold a charge. 2nd replacement is working great. Now mine will not sync and getting really tired of it. It has become a real pain. Be diligent in getting it working correctly.
