Hello,
My Versa's heart rate measurement stopped working about a week ago while I was on vacation. I've now done a hard reset and reinstall and still no lights and no heart rate. Steps still seem to work. I tried a number of other things (standard reset, etc.) and nothing seems to work.
Is it just dead? Are there other steps I can take?
Also, this happened immediately after a swim if that matters. Had a solid red light for a while, then nothing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Hobit.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your heart rate monitor stopped working after swimming about a week ago. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue and providing the additional details. I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue from this help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists, I recommend doing a factory reset if you haven't done it already. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please follow the steps from this help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes!
