Versa heart rate stopped working

My heart rate stopped working on my versa yesterday. After several shut downs on my versa and iPhone yesterday, I did a factory reset. The heart rate is still not working. What do I try next?

I have already worked through the help files and have done a factory reset with no result. I have also posted HR and battery issue since the last firmware update on the Versa forum. And, I have sent a direct message to Fitbit support. I am still waiting for effective tangible help from Fitbit support. WHEN will Fitbit send a firmware update to fix the firmware mess they created for Versa users????
