Versa heart rate stopped working

My versa stopped tracking my heart rate. There are 2 little grey lines next to BPM and the green light on the back is no longer on or flashing. I tried turning it off and on again, restarting it, turning my Bluetooth off and on again and even did a factory reset and it still doesn’t work. Is there any way to fix it?
