My Versa is only a few months old, have had constant issues with it not syncing that I often need to fix. Now I am having the problem with heartrate reading way too high, which throws off the other Metrics (calories, active minutes) as well. Tried all the troubleshooting tips, which fix it for about 15 minutes. Just got off a chat with customer service, and they basically said they are working on the heart rate issue, but have no idea when it will be resolved, and would not refund or replace. Since this affects the basic functionality of the product, I would absolutely not recommend the Versa.
Go with a different brand - this is cheaper than some but not worth the hassle. Basically just a watch at this point.

If it is not fit for purpose you can return it under the terms of the warranty surely. You have 2 years cover in EU and 1 year ROW. R-

Customer service told me since I am past the 45 days warranty (by just a couple of weeks), I have no option to return or replace.

Go to the bottom of this page select Returns and Warranty and have a look at Limited Product Warranty. The 45 days time limit is just in case you don’t like it, but they will wriggle. R-
