Since the latest update I have spoken to fitbit chat 3x, and have yet to fix the problem! My BPM tracks through the roof, I mean resting heart rate is average 55 and today it’s at 120 😳 I have rebooted, factory reset, uninstalled and re-installed all to no avail. Is there a way to go back to the previous update as all was fine before then 🙁 I really need this to work for my fitness journey!
