This has started since a few days (06/07 or so). My versa battery is draining and green lights for heart rate have stopped. I tried doing soft and hard restarts a few times. However, no use. I think this is a software patch or something that they loaded on all Versas since most of are facing it in my friend circle and on this forum as well. Is Fitbit concerned about this anymore?

Hi @ndeo28Knight, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your heart rate and the battery drains fast. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Thanks for the response. I worked with the support team. But, did not get any resolution. I tried the steps suggested by them. However, the problem still persists. I need to charge my versa twice in the day. This is not the product quality I was promised when I bought it. Can you please help me? @JuanJoFitbit
