My heart rate is no longer working and it will not keep a charge.  It’s only 2 years old?

Hi @ZZJ, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate and the battery drains fast.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps that are helpful for the heart rate issue, please follow the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
