Versa-heart rate tracking is not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The heart rate is jumping around on the Versa. It will go up to 180 for 5 or more hours.

I did the factory reset and it won't seem to stop tracking over 600 minutes of activity due to the high heart rate.I have put my husbands on and my heart rate was fine so I'm not sure what is causing it.

Hi, when your husband's Versa shows the right HR and yours, even after trying to solve it, does not, something is seriously wrong with your Versa. Contact the Customer Support about this issue and mention also that your husband's Versa is working correctly.

@JJDMB @There seems to be a few of us with this same issue. Mine has been like this since Thursday and is making me loose faith in Fitbit as they have known since then and still not done anything about it. All we have been told is that it is being looked into and they will update us in the forum.
