Versa heart rate tracking stopped working

My heart rate tracking has suddenly stopped working on my Versa. I have rebooted several times, toggled the tracking off and on and done a full factory reset and still nothing. The sensor lights are no longer flashing. It is only just over 6 months old.

Any other suggestions?
