Hello!
A few days ago I noticed that my Versa's HR monitor is behaving oddly. It was recording unusually high values and (above 135 bpm while resting) and today I woke up with it registering 210 bpm. I was very confused so I decided to compare the values with a pulse oximeter and it was registering a normal 70+ bpm.
I have already tried cleaning it, changing it to the other hand, turning off and on the HR monitor, hard-reseting my Versa, factory resetting and reinstalling the app but none of this has worked and it stills registers very high values.
Has it happened to you? Do you have any suggestions to solve this?

It seems that the problem was due to high humidity. I noticed that whenever it rains and my device gets wet it starts behaving oddly.
I’d then like then to know the technical support contact for Colombia so they can have a look at my Versa...
Thanks in advance.

My Versa acts up like that too. I have gone back to my Polar chest strap when I do intense exercise as it is more accurate. I read a study that a wrist heart rate monitor is only about 60 percent accurate whereas the chest monitor is 96 percent accurate.
