I've only had my versa for two days, but I've noticed my heart rate tends to run very high for some reason. It averages 70 to 80 for some reason and if I do a little bit of walking it can go all the way up to 110, also I was showing it to one of my co-workers, and put it into exercise mode, and while sitting it went from 60 all the way up to 130, and I didn't move... Is there anything I could try to get better results, or do I have a defective product?

It's not just you and your watch. A lot of us have commented on another post. We are hoping for a firmware fix from Fitbit, but some people have already returned their watches.

We got them Thursday evening I believe. My wife and I both have one.

Then you have about 30 days to wait for a firmware update that will hopefully work. They have a 45 day return policy.

That's also good to know. I used to be a pc gamer, so I'm used to bugs and such with software and hardware so I don't mind the wait. I just hope they stand behind there products, like I assume they do, and remedy it. I'll make a note on my calandar, so that if it isn't fixed by then I can contact them.
