Oh fitbit. How I now loathe you. I was once a very happy customer with the other fitbit products. Whever one was defective or broken they would send a replacement. I purcchased the Versa back in May and after the first time using it to track my swimming it stopped working completely. Not exactly waterproof as advertised. Fitbit allowed me to exchange for a new one after a long drawn out terrible customer service experience. And just yesterday the versa they sent me has started tracking my heart rate inaccurately. It said my heart rate was 160 bpm when I was sitting on the couch watching tv. Furthermore it says I burned 5000 calories yesterday. Now i know I am active but is that even possible when ur sitting on your couch most of the day?? Will be tackling customer service AGAIN today. Just thought I would share my extreme disappointment in this company as I have always been a lotal customer and suggesting their products to my clients. Will now be purchasing an apple watch.

Same problem here. Also just went swimming in a pool recently. Customer service is terrible.

Return your fitbit if you can, their support team will lie to you and say this is a software issue. F*** fitbit.
