Recently, I've noticed that the heart rate shoots up well into the 170s and stays there even when I am at rest. I've never had this problem until this past week. My dashboard shows that I have hours of active minutes when I have only worked for less than an hour (454, 666, 640, 646, 489 in the last 5 days). Today it shows I have been in the peak zone for over 5 hours. I can assure you that is not the case.
I tried resetting my Fitbit several times, which hasn't changed the problem. I wear the tracker 2 inches above my wrist and snug but not too tight, as directed. I have the most recent update. The sensor is clean.
I am very disappointed, because the tracker has worked flawlessly until now. Please offer a working solution so I don't have to purchase another tracker from another company. Your help boards and FAQ's do not address this problem. Thank you.
