Hey @randrei, it is great to see you around more often! So, only the heart rate readings are not updating with your Versa? What about the rest of your data? Does the Versa itself is tracking your heart rate?

Let me know so I can help you out better.

Thank you for your email.
My ipad has been updated and connected to WiFi - like usually - but, I
discovered that I must re-connect (?!) FITBIT with my WiFI and my WiFi
password ?! It seems a little strange!? Why Fitbit need NOW my
specifically address?! It is not enough US? Just today in The New Times
appeared a very interesting but very disturbing article:

"YOUR APPS KNOW WHERE YOU WERE LAST NIGHT, AND THEY'RE NOT KEEPING IT
SECRET"
An app on any device gathers the location information and then is selling
all information about us for different purposes, without our knowledge. It
is recorded all out whereabouts, going to doctor, going to friends' houses,
going to work, hiking with the dog, going to store, sleeping in other
place, even how long we spend in other places....all our habits and is
spreading all information and is grows more intrusive and alarming.
Terrible news! That is very scary, like someone is following me personally
and have no idea you life is in a big danger.

First day, "my steps" din't sync with ipad.    I resetted Versa and,  for one day,  it has been ok.

The second day, disappeared "my hearth", didn't sinc with my ipad. On my PC it has been Ok, all of them.

I tried again and again ...everything. Nothing worked.

I log out and in several times ...finally, fitbit asked for my WiFi and for password for WiFI  even I have been connected to my WiFi, although without having connection with WiFI,  I couldn't be  "log in" on Fitbit. It is was very strange and  this happened late last night!

This morning I have read in NYTimes the very disturbing news about how apps are tracking us everywhere!
