Versa hearth stopped synch with ipad ....and there is not connection vor versa with health app (?!)

@randrei A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your Versa. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
