The last 2 days my Versa HR has been reporting a heartrate that is DOUBLE what my manual calculations has it as. For reference, I wfh and sitting in my office chair doing nothing and my fitbit reading would be a HR in excess of 157bpm. This is throwing off my active minutes (as I type this message, i have 357 minutes today alone...only about 30 minutes are real) and its showing that I've burned 3700+ calories (I wish). Also, its draining my battery to where I now have to charge it every single day. I've only had it since October 2019....its too new to have problems already!
I've tried to restart/reset it. I've turned it off and on. I've been on hold with customer service for over an hour. Seriously looking up Garmin's now. My boyfriend has never had a problem...meanwhile i'
