Versa-high heart rate reading

Hello

Well I had an issue last week with My fitbit Versa going flat and not re-starting. I managed to resolve that issue and fully charge it...Yay.

Since its been working again, the heart rate is reading inaccurate. It's reading at an excessively high rate and has been very erratic. Which also then puts all other readings out like calories. My battery also isn't holding charge for more than 2 days (used to hold for 4)

I've re-started my versa

Cleaned the back

Uninstalled fitbit app and re-installed it

Changed watch faces

And so far nothing has worked.

Any help would be appreciated

I too get wild heart rate readings intermittently.  Was riding on Sunday and suddenly my heart rate went from 105 to 170 for half an hour.  I would have died with a 170 heart rate for 30 minutes and I'm still alive so I know it wasn't accurate.  Happens almost every time I run or ride.

So frustrating @25Dodgebros there's no point wearing the watch if the features aren't working correctly!
