So i cant get my heart rate monitor to work since the 8th... I have reset my fitbit and my app and nothing. Made sure both were on. So HELP.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
