Versa his morning screen was dead

i’ve had my Fitbit versa for 16 months and last night it was fine, woke up this morning screen was dead, put on charger come back to life at with 54% battery. Is lagging and can’t reset and none of the buttons are doing anything heart rate lights not flashing. considering my Alta still works i’m very disappointed with my versa and the fact it’s basically useless now. Won’t reset and can’t restart it. Any suggestions would be lovely.
