Versa history is gone

On 4-27-20 my Versa stopped displaying steps etc in the app.  I think it was a known issue.

today, the app is restored but my HISTORY is completely gone.  In addition, the stats (resting heart rate) are not matching when I left off.

Does the fitbit app still show that your versa is still Connected? 

Usually this is the reason for steps to have vanished.

Yes, this morning I saw how I slept last night and my current resting heart rate. When I sync, it is successful.
