Versa home screen flashes and stats don't show

I noticed that the home screen was flashing and none of the stats were showing. I thought the battery was low so I charged it but it is still happening! Everything else seems to be working fine.

@Vchernauskas welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its home screen flashes and the stats don't show. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
