I’m wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I’m on my second Versa and neither one has ever worked correctly. Ever. It should warn you 10 minutes before the hour if you don’t have enough steps. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But I’m past that. I do steps for 12 hours. The Versa will show I completed all 12 hours, the the app will only record 7 to 11 hours. I currently have 22 days in a row of completing all 12 hours, but the app shows I only have 9 out of 22 days. It’s very frustrating. When I asked for help, they had me delete it from the app, then add it back in. This will fix the problem. Bull. Failed the very first day. Anyway, is this happening to anyone else? I’m just curious. Thanks, and have a great walk!

Hi @Yrrag - a few people have reported similar issues.
The algorithm for steps this hour may calculate differently on the watch than in the app if you are very close to the 250 steps for the hour.
Try the SimpleClockPro clock face which keeps an on the watch Steps This Hour history so you will be able to see if it is due to the borderline case.
Just in case, for Android, also logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it.
