I have a new Versa using with iPhone and on Dell laptop, using fitbit app for both, it upgraded successfully, every thing else seems to work fine. My account is set to send the hourly reminder but none have come through. I can see the total hourly steps in Today. I also have notifications from my calendar that come across with no issues. I researched the forum and found an old fix that did not resolve the issue for me. Is anyone else having no hourly reminders?

@joella Try logging out and back in to Fitbit mobile app and syncing your tracker. Also, just in case, reboot Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
