Versa - how to clear all old notifications, looks like not receiving new ones

Fitbit app is still showing old notifications. I don't see any option to clear them all. Also, I dont see any new notifications coming.

"Swipe down to see notifications, then press the top left button. This brings you to the top of the notification stack without having to swipe there. You can press the big red clear all button from there."

I have old notifications on the app from my charge HR any idea how to delete them. I am not receiving notifications for my Versa
