My new Bose soundsport free wireless earbuds instantly paired with my iPhone. But versa identifies the same Bose earbuds as Moro Stream , which I do not have. And of course it will not connect . Have read all relevant posts re pairing and have tried numerous fixes. Help!

@MyrtleMom Have your tried forgetting your earbuds from your phone bluetooth settings, resetting the earbuds, putting them into pairing mode and pairing with Versa?

Thanks. I tried it. It didn’t work. So I put my he charged earbuds in my ears, tried again and it worked. Later, when I tried to add my iPhone pairing back to Bose earbuds, a message from Bose stated that only one device at a time can be connected to the Bose earbuds. Who knew? Thanks for your reply. I was ready to give up.🤗

@MyrtleMom That's what I meant by resetting. Only one paired device at a time. There are some that can be paired to more than one, but not your model! 😄 Glad I could help! 😄
