Versa inaccurate cals/minute

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa managed to generate an activity with an inconsistent average calories per minute (and consequently an incorrect total calories). The time course itself seems to be correct. Interestingly, this data remains incorrect on the website as well as the app.

Oftentimes, I set the exercise activity app at the beginning of a workout but inadvertently it remains in "pause" mode; when I notice this I unpause, end the activity, and edit the resulting activity on the mobile app after a sync. I think this bug happens because the cals/min remain as calculated prior to upload (when the start/pause/stop settings were still incorrect).

A warm welcome to the Community @ManorA.

Thanks for the attachment, unfortunately I wasn't able to see it. If you want to provide me with a screenshot, follow the instructions here. Now about the accuracy issue, can you please tell me how are you registering your activities? Are you selecting them directly from the watch?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

I updated the original message. Hopefully, the screenshots should be visible now. I also added a description of the context in which the bug arose and the suspected cause.
