Versa inaccurate steps and distance

 I just did a 5k midnight walk with my sisters, we all had our fitbits on, but my versa was way behind in steps and distance?? They both had almost 2000 steps more than me and my distance was only 2.9 K ?? How do I fix this?

Return it until they've fixed all glitches. It's one of a billion problems you're likely to have. Its got me completely messed up and 7000 steps over my real step count .I'm training for a marathon so VERY inconvenient .Good luck!

I shutdown my Versa last night, started with Zero steps this morning, walked a few steps and went immediately to 230 steps, took a few more steps and went to 500+, now I'm over a 1,000 and just sitting on the sofa.  I'll probably get my 10,000 steps in today just watching TV all day and doing nothing
