I have been given a Versa as a gift and once it was turned on gave the message 'to start download Fitbit App' - did that and cant get it to download, continues to advise can't connect to Bluetooth. I have an android phone, have read and followed the instructions several times (have turned on and off many times) - is there a support line in Australia, as it can't even be used as a watch as it is, is this a waste of someone's money?

What Android phone are you using? Is on the Supported Devices List
When I have contacted Support (I live in Western Australia) I just use the Support Contact but I dont use phone. The link I use is in my signature.
