Versa- intense workout will not sync my results

Following a very intense hot workout class I have gone to sync my Fitbit to find it has not recorded any activity and not recorded results. Keep experiencing issues with my versa. Very disappointing

I just purchased mine yesterday and was excited to track my intense cardio based lunch hour workout but nothing! Didn't record the extra steps, can't even find it under 'workouts' which I purposely set to record during my exercise period. You're not alone. Hoping there's a solution ...
