Hi, so I wanted to know if I should be concerned that my Versa is sometimes glitchy and once in awhile it will freeze up. My Versa works fine and I noticed that it didn't glitch much until i switched over to a new phone. So I basically wanted to know if I should be concerned that my Versa is sometimes glitchy and if it's common. Thanks in advance!

Hi, try this: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left an lower right buttons togehter untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if this solves this problem. If the problem persists or reoccurs, contact Customer Support

When the procedure I suggested solves your problem, you do not have to be concerned and the fact that it's happening since you have a new phone (which one by the way??) might be a coincident, unless the phone is not in the supported list of Fitbit, but that's something else. Keep me posted!!

You're very welcome, that's why I'm around here to try to be helpfull. BTW, your new phone does not cause the problem cause it's supported by Fitbit, so just a coincidence!

Thanks, so you now know what to do when it happens again, besides that this procedure solves a lot of other minor problems.
