Versa is black screen and wont turn on

My Versa simply wont turn on, not matter how long i hold in the buttons in the various permutations disused on this forum. 

 

Back button & lower right button for 10 seconds, all three buttons for 3 minutes - non of these work! 

 

Any thoughts or should i return it under warranty?
