Hey there,
I have had a look at all the forums and it seems to be a common issue. But I just bought the Versa special edition and after a day it won't charge, it wont even turn on.
I am honestly so disappointed and would return it if I could.

Even if you can't return it, you can still call Fitbit support. My experience with them has been fairly positive.

Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't charging. Please try these suggestions to help your device charge. If the issue persist then you could contact our Support team as @ConnieL429 suggested. If this is the case please let me know so I can create a ticket for you.
