Versa is connected and syncing but says its not

Hi, I hope you can help. 

Just got a versa . It's connected to my Bluetooth and WiFi okay , app is okay, everything is latest version.

However my watch screen just says "Connect phone . Pair your phone in your settings app under Bluetooth". It's paired, I can see it. Tried resetting watch, fitbit app, uninstalling all and starting again etc. Nothing works.

i have this issue too, the fitbit is connected to the app with bluetooth so recognising it, but the code won't appear on the fitbit versa, I've tried a factory reset and it still isnt' working still comes up with the same issue
