My versa is continuing to flash when showing time and doesn't register heart beat or steps.

What causes that?

Hi @Nezzie126, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late reply.

 

Thank you for the information about the difficulties you've been having with the heart rate and steps. 

 

Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart, then check if you continue to experience the same behavior with the steps and the screen lashing constantly.

 

For the heart rate not being registered, please try to to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy as well: How to I improve the accuracy of my heart rate rate reading?  This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.

I was able to reset my Fitbit and it solved my problem.
