Versa is dead and won’t charge

My Fitbit Versa was acting perfectly normal until today when it was on 3% and I tried to charge it, with no luck. Now it is dead and will not charge at all. Very disappointed with my Versa right now 😞

Hi, what does you Versa tell you when you put it in the charger and connect it to your PC or wall outlet? Does it say charging?

It was on 3% so I put it in its charging cradle and it didn’t start charging. I tried different plugs and USB ports all over my house and none of them worked. Then my Versa died, and it just says “0%” after being on its charger for 10+ hours.
