Versa is dead - not charging

I had put my versa on charging but it is completely dead. Tried restarting but on pressing the three buttons 0% keeps flashing and nothing else is happening.

Please guide

Hello @bhoomikamansha, welcome to the Community forums. I'm sorry to see that you're having trouble with your Versa not responding and not charging. Thank you for your help with this @SunsetRunner!  

 

Thank you for confirming that you already tried the restart process as described here.  Regarding the battery not charging, please make sure that you've also exhausted all troubleshooting options in this article

 

I've sent your information to customer support again, but I was informed that you already got in touch with them for further assistance, as you mentioned earlier. Please remember that it could take from 24 to 48 hours to receive a reply from them, but you should be getting a reply soon with more instructions.  

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi!

I haveexhausted all my optiond and my device is still under warranty
period. It's not a joke when people invest 20,000 INR in fitbit watch just
to be felt cheated this way

I do recommend that you continue the assistance process with the customer support team so they can let you know how to proceed with this and find a prompt resolution.

I have not received any reply/response from customer support team. I have
knocked every door to be heard but all seems in vain.

I have no option but to beg fitbit to review my case. I bought this versa
with my first salary and it's not even been a year. Atleast hear out your
customers pain when they are suffering cos of your delays.
