I bought my Versa in December 2018. About two weeks ago I started a fitness program. Twice this week I have walked 10,000 or more steps, I've been syncing after each exercise rotation. After approximately 10,000 steps it drops four or five thousand steps. It also drops all of the hours when I reached 250 steps per hour.
Everything else seems correct.
I thought it could be sweat so I have been drying my arm and the Versa, but it did it again. Very frustrating.

Please try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, monitor your Versa during the next 49 hours of activity and see if the issue gets fixed.
