My versa lite is having issues with the heart rate feature and notifications. On my last fitbit, the charge 3, it would say my heart rate was extremely high when i was resting, like 120 just sitting down. My versa lite does the same thing, and I am a perfectly healthy person and I know my heart rate is not this high. When I exercise it goes up to like 170-200. It should not be doing this, as I know my heart rate is way lower than this. I’ve tried restarting multiple times, both my phone and the fitbit, but it remains the same.
With the notifications, sometimes they just won’t show up. If it’s low battery they stop, which is understandable, but sometimes it will be fully charged and just stop delivering notifications. It takes usually three or four restarts to my fitbit to get them to work again.

@SunsetRunner, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa tracks high heart rate readings and stops receiving notifications. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your heart rate and see if it's more accurate.
Regarding the notifications issue, please let me what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
