Versa is experiencing heart rate, sleep and battery draining issues

Hello

I noticed my sleep monitor wasn’t tracking sleep for two nights.  Also the battery was draining daily.  I had changed the band and thought maybe it wasn’t contacting my wrist properly.  Switched back to factory band.  Took a walk today.  It’s tracking steps and floors, time, distance, and the map when synched.  It’s just not tracking heart rate.  Two dashes and the heart icon on the display.  The lights on the back are also not working.

I’ve done a soft reset, toggled the tracking off and on with a soft reset in between.  I’ve also done a factory reset.  Nothing is working.  It won’t track my heart rate.

I followed all the steps over and over.  Nothing worked.  I ended up buying a new HR monitor bc mine was over a year old.  Seems fitbits don’t last really much longer than a year.  I’ve been dealing with them breaking for years and years.  Most have been replaced bc they were not even a year old.
