Screen is frozen on sourse screen. Versa wont even restart. Held all buttons for over 30 sec. Won't even shut down. Updated and syncs but cant do anything with it.

Ive tried 3 different clocks and nothing happens. Youve requested i restart my watch. Please tell me how!!!!!!. Holding any of the 3 buttons for over 10 sec and up to 30 sec. Watch will not restart. Still frozen on source screen. I've been reading all the related posts and I've tried every suggestion I can. Watch has been awesome for 2 yrs. Just now it will not work one bit. I never wear it in shower. Please help
