Versa is frozen

I just updated my Fitbit Versa and it froze up. I tried turning my Bluetooth off and on but still doesn't work? What do I do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I recommend restarting your watch by doing the following:

1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

So i tried doing this and the fitbit logo just keeps flashing on my device. it doesn't seem like it's actually shutting down or restarting and occasionally it will go to the main screen and stay frozen there and go black. Super frustrating

So my fitbit said there was an update this morning. I was on wifi & the fitbit was fully charged. Now it’s stuck on the “quick settings” page & will not reset no matter how many times Ive tried pushing the back & bottom buttons. Im so frustrated!!!

Has anyone come up with a solution? I did the update which immediately froze it, I've tried to turn it on and off using the 2 buttons, but I've turned it back on and now its just stuck on the start up logo. Its so annoying!

Has anyone figured out how to solve this, me versa is doing the same. The Fitbit logo that's it won't do anything else even when I try to turn it off. What did you do or is there a way to fix it?

Fitbit determined that the software in my versa was corrupted or something. I ended up having to buy a new one.

Have you resolved this?? Iv just tried to update and it’s froze on logo screen, even holding the 2 buttons just brings the logo back and freezes

Nothing has worked for me. Logo is still the only thing I can get my Versa to show😡

My versa was stuck between clock face and the tap to unlock face. Versa kept buzzing and flashing back and forth between the two. Tried the fix of holding left button and bottom right button until I saw logo and then release.. Seems to have fixed it. Thanks so much.

Is there anything else to try cannot get the screen on to reset, plus will not connect to the app constantly searching ? What to do please?

I called Fitbit and they tried everything.  Basically it's finished.... so with only lasting 13 months, I've decided to buy an Apple Watch.
