Versa is frozen

My Fitbit Versa is frozen with just the fit bit logo. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to solve this? It is only 2 months old.

Hi, did yoy already try the two buttons method to restart your Versa multiple times in a row? If yes, and did not solve your problem, contact Customer Support about this.

If your Versa is frozen, as recommended restart it by following the instructions provided in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
