Versa is having all kinds of problems lately

My Versa just started this craziness about 2 weeks ago.  It started when it vibrates makes this clacking noise like its coming apart.  My alarms were even more strange.  I have had trouble with syncing, notifications, no logging sleep, flat line heart rates.  I have read everything...reset, re install app, check all the settings and so on.  Some things come and go, but now it either has no vibration with even alarms or that clacking noise like its coming apart.  Before returning and getting another one, wanted to check since its my favorite.  Any help would be appreciated.  My alarms and logs are a crucial part of my everyday life.

@Avnmomof2 It definitely should not be making such weird noises. Perhaps something came loose? I will flag your post for Customer Support assistance.

@Avnmomof2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't working correctly. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before posting in the community. As @Marrrmaduke said, this isn't normal so it would be better if you let our Support team know so they can assist you. You will get an email from them.
