Versa is losing GPS connection during workouts

Only recently during workouts like running or walking does my versa lose connection showing “connecting..” .. it will only connect once I open the app on my phone but once I look my phone it goes back to “connecting”. It never did this before and I didn’t have issues up until recently.

Hi @Jessss1360, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it loses GPS connection during your workouts.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS works on your Fitbit watch and it also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try at the bottom of the page.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa during your next workouts and see if the issue gets fixed.
