This is very frustrating and every topic I can find there is no acceptable answer. I had burned 1,050 calories as of 11:30 am and believe me I worked very hard for that. When I synced my device it dropped to 820. Yes I know the steps, restart the watch, reboot your phone, reinstall the app and so on...these are beginner 101 answers. I have used FitBit for years and this is making me switch. This is unacceptable and happens constantly. I certainly won’t waste my money on the newer Versa as this in no way has been resolved.
