Versa is losing time and it won't connect with my phone, I've tried everything at this time

Since 2 days ago my Versa has been losing time i.e @ 19:47pm this evening it was was 12:05m and will not Sync with my phone.  Have uninstalled on my phone and now it will not install, download again the app, restart my phone, etc. I tried 10 times to reinstall everything.

Any ideas as can't afford to buy another one? I have tried all suggestions @JuanJoFitbit suggested to @Emma2301 but still nothing.

Also, I am trying to find any chat or customer service to contact and I just found via Twitter? Any other ways? Thank you and best regards,

Laura

I was just going to post the same thing. I'm having the same exact issue. I've tried everything!

I'm  having the some issues and you're  describing what I am going through.  I am participating in walking challenges where I cannot manually enter my daily steps so the daily sync is vital.

Hi,

That makes 6 people who have posted the same problem in the last couple of days.

Mine has stopped working altogether. Only received it in March 2019.

Same!

My Versa 2 has been doing this for the past several weeks.

I contacted support chat. I was told it's my phone. Yet it worked on my phone this whole time since I bought it in Aug 2020. The issue with the time didn't start until Nov. And once I reset it to factory settings it would no longer connect. So I'm selling mine and going back to a much cheaper one, some no name on Amazon. I thought I was doing better by buying a FitBit, guess not. I would expect a lot better from a well known company and a product I spent $100 on!
Good Luck Everyone!

My versa 1 cost $220 and lasted 19 months. We have 5 people using versas in my family. The other 4 broke within the 1st 12 months. They were replaced but with basic black models. Then subsequently failed again. Expensive cheap rubbish.

Could it be a battery problem?

I let my battery run down, then recharged it. Now it will not come back on.
