The time on my Fitbit Versa is 3 minutes slower then my cell phone time, why? How do I fix it?

A restart will generally fix it

Do it at least 3 times.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you able to see the time corrected in your watch? If not, I recommend checking it is syncing properly.
